Due to the nature of our services and digital products, this Refund Policy outlines when refunds may or may not be granted.


By purchasing from Glencamp Consulting, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Digital Products & GPT Tools Policy
This section applies to:
Shared GPTs
Prompt packs
Digital downloads
Templates
Guides
Toolkits
Resource files

All digital product sales are final.
Because digital products are delivered instantly and may include downloadable or accessible materials, refunds are not provided once access has been granted.


This includes:
downloaded files
accessed GPTs
viewed resources
unlocked digital content

3. GPT Subscriptions & Membership Access Policy
This section applies to:
recurring GPT access
member portals
subscription plans
monthly or annual tool access

Subscription services are billed automatically based on the selected billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund previous payments.

No refunds will be issued for:
partial billing periods
unused time
failure to cancel before renewal
lack of usage
Access may remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

4. Consulting Services Policy
This section applies to:
strategy calls
consulting sessions
advisory services
coaching or diagnostic sessions

Payments for consulting services are non-refundable once the session or service has been delivered.
If you need to reschedule a session, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate scheduling changes when advance notice is provided.
Missed sessions without notice may not qualify for rescheduling.

5. Implementation & Custom Work Policy
This section applies to:
AI implementation
GPT development & Setup
CRM setup
workflow automation
websites
backend systems
operational systems
Semi Custom & custom builds

Due to the custom nature of implementation and development work, all implementation services are non-refundable once work has begun.

This includes:
planning
research
development
system setup
customization
integrations
revisions

If a project is canceled before work begins, a full or partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
Once development, setup, or implementation has started, refunds are not guaranteed.

6. Deposits & Setup Fees Policy
All setup fees, deposits, onboarding fees, and planning fees are non-refundable.


These payments cover:
research
planning
resource allocation
onboarding
scheduling
project preparation

7. Revisions & Scope Changes
Most services include limited revisions unless otherwise stated.
Additional revisions, redesigns, or changes outside the agreed scope may require additional payment.

Refunds will not be issued because of:
change of mind
business direction changes
delays caused by client communication
requests outside original scope

8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
providing accurate information
responding in a timely manner
reviewing deliverables
participating in the implementation process
Delays caused by missing information, approvals, or communication may impact timelines and do not qualify for refunds.

9. Exceptions
Refunds may occasionally be considered at our sole discretion in rare circumstances, including:
duplicate payments
technical issues preventing access
accidental billing errors
Approval of any exception is determined solely by Glencamp Consulting.

10. Chargebacks
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback without attempting resolution may result in:
suspension of services
revoked account access
termination of active subscriptions
denial of future services
collection actions where appropriate

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with supporting documentation, including agreements, invoices, communication records, and proof of service delivery.

11. Third-Party Fees
Glencamp Consulting is not responsible for fees charged by third-party platforms, including but not limited to:
Stripe
PayPal
banks
payment processors
financing providers
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

12. Processing Time for Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
Most approved refunds are processed within several business days, though exact timing is outside our control.

13. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Continued use of our services or website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
